About the Venture
MentorOn1 is a 1-on-1 tutor-student matching platform that I created to fix the lack of quality home tutoring in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns. It started in Bankura, and grew organically through word of mouth and direct outcomes.
What I Did
I built the matching system, connected real students to real mentors, and even mentored students myself. I ensured quality, conflict resolution, and result-focused delivery — without any big platform or tech team.
