Mahalaxmi Dipo is a family-run construction materials business supplying cement, bricks, sand, gravel, iron rods, and more across Bankura. With 500+ customers and ₹7 lakh+ in annual profit, it has played a vital role in regional construction growth.

My Role

Since my early teens, I’ve co-led the operations: order management, vendor coordination, workforce hiring, compliance, and strategic scaling. This business taught me economics on the street and discipline in the field—all while I remained a full-time student.
